Terms & Conditions

Cancellations

Once a course is booked, cancellations are non-refundable unless the course is re-scheduled within 30 days.  Participants that cancel their registration within 24 hours of a course, are non-refundable. However, we understand that changes can happen unexpectedly, and we will work with you to place you in the next available course within 30 days.

Late Arrivals

If a participant arrives late, the participant may not be allowed entry into class (at the discretion of the facilitator) and may forfeit the entire course fee.

Physical Course Requirement

The participant understands that all courses involve physical components.  If the participant cannot perform the skills as outlined by the Red Cross and Heart and Stroke Foundation, he/she may take part in the course, but will not be certified. Participants must complete 100% of the course in order to receive certification.

Safety

The safety of all course participants and instructors is our number one priority.  Once a class is in session, no other access from the public or non course participants will be permitted.  Hand Sanitizer and gloves will be available for all participants throughout the session.  Our equipment and mannequins are thoroughly sanitized after every course to ensure the safety of everyone.  We don’t cut corners when it comes to your health & safety!

Privacy Policy

Debco Safety takes your privacy very seriously and will ensure all participant information remains strictly confidential. Personal information will be transferred for certification purposes only to the Canadian Red Cross and the Heart and Stroke Foundation through a secure database.

Product Returns and Exchanges

Our health and safety products are non-refundable and no exchanges are permitted once your order has been shipped.
